Return Eligibility and Window
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the verified delivery date.
- Items must be completely unused, unaltered, free of scratches or damage, and in their original packaging with all protective seals intact.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
Required evidence
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required as proof of the product's condition upon arrival.
The video must clearly capture:
- The sealed shipping box and visible shipping label.
- The complete opening process without cuts or edits.
- A detailed inspection of the product and packaging.
Submissions without complete unboxing footage may be declined.
Inspection and Approval
After receiving your request and supporting footage, our quality assurance team will review the documentation. Lavish Touch reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet the stated quality criteria or shows evidence of misuse or intentional damage.
Refund Execution
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
